Through Alternatives in Action, Reach University is able to offer two job-embedded pathways designed for California working educators who want to grow while continuing to teach:
Intern Teacher Credential Program
Teach full-time and earn your preliminary credential, no career pause required. You can complete the program in two years (with optional M.A.T.) or apply for the fast-track Early Completion Option. Every course ties to your classroom practice and includes personalized coaching.
Teacher Induction Program
Built for teachers with a California Preliminary Teaching or Education Specialist Credential who need to complete their clear credential requirements. Induction offers individualized support focusing on the candidate's growth in the California Standards of the Teaching Profession (CSTP).
